Due to Covid-19 and the uncertain times that we are all experiencing
just now, our current policy is FREE cancellations on all bookings
affected by Covid-19 restrictions.
Cancellations made for any other reason are subject to undernoted terms
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit of £200 (non-refundable) is payable at time of reservation with
balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Guests who cancel at least
60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they’ve
paid. Otherwise cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in,
will receive 50% refund. After 30 days, no refund payable. It is
advisable to have holiday insurance in place.
Payments can be made either by internet bank transfer (preferred method)
or by Paypal.
Arrival time at the cottage is from 4 pm and cottage should be vacated
by 10 am on date of departure.
Maximum of 2 pets are allowed but should be restricted to ground floor
only – no pets allowed in bedrooms.
We would ask guests to refrain from smoking in the cottage.
All breakages to be paid for.
No parties or events allowed.
